גשר אחים היא עמותה רשומה שקמה ב־2025 באלעד, מתוך אחריות פשוטה: מי שנפצע בהגנה על עם ישראל — חייל צה״ל או שוטר משטרת ישראל — ומשפחתו, לא צריכים לצעוד לבד. אנחנו מבקשים להיות הגשר: בין הפצוע לבין הקהילה, בין רגע הפציעה לבין החזרה לחיים, בין משפחה במשבר לבין יד תומכת. Gesher Achim is a registered non-profit founded in 2025 in Elad, on a simple duty: those wounded defending the people of Israel — IDF soldiers and Israel Police officers — and their families should never walk alone. We aim to be the bridge: between the wounded and the community, between the moment of injury and the return to life, between a family in crisis and a helping hand.
